A delicate infusion of delectable spices that allows you to prepare the ever popular local Malay must-have, Ayam Masak Merah.
How To Use
1. Marinate 800g chicken with 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder and 1/2 tbsp salt for 10 minutes before deep fry.
2. Saute 1 pack of DeliChef Ayam Masak Merah Paste until fragrant.
3. Add in the fried chicken and a little water and simmer until the gravy thickens.
4. Add in tomato sauce for taste. Stir-fry for a few minutes. Ready to serve.
