Delivery Except explicitly expressed otherwise, delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. Oasis Synergy will not dispatch orders to Post Office box addresses. Delivery charge is based on the total weight of your order or volumetric (whichever is greater). If for any reason Oasis Synergy is unable to dispatch goods within 14 days from date of order, Oasis Synergy will contact the customer and advise the expected dispatch date. Should this be unsuitable to the customer, Oasis Synergy will offer either a full refund of the monies paid or suggest an alternative product.
