How To Use

Take 1-2 tablespoons (10-20 g) of chia seed daily. Consume on its own or add into your favourite beverage, breakfast cereal, yoghurt, salad or use as an ingredient in your recipe for making bread, cookies and cakes, omelette or meat loaf.

To prepare chia gel, add 1/3 cup of seeds to 2 cups of water. Stir for a few minutes and store in a covered jar. Take one or two spoonfuls whenever you like or as needed. The chia gel may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
